My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers 21 and over. This is a private bedroom with attached private master bath (456 sq. ft. total space) and outside entrance (no entry through the main dwelling) has keyless code (self check-in) for access. We are located 9 minutes from the east entrance to Colorado National Monument, 1.5 hours from Moab, UT and Arches National Park, and 20 minutes from Fruita, CO (some of the best mountain biking in the country). Secure area for bikes. All that and we are still only 5-10 minutes from downtown, grocery stores, and restaurants. Very nice views from the property. Suite has a King bed with memory foam pad, love seat, table and 2 chairs, rocking chair. ice maker, coffee maker, microwave, iron, ironing board, and mini fridge. Master bath has a double sink vanity with walk-in shower. There is a deck off the suite with table, 4 chairs, and umbrella.

Summary: Expectations meet on a great 4-night stay while visiting Juco College World Series. Property beautiful landscaped and if you love birds will get your fill this time of year of hummingbirds and others around their beautiful property overlooking the Colorado River. Summary: This place is my new favorite!! So clean and the bed was so comfy! The shower was incredible! All the comforts of home. The property landscaping was impeccable and gorgeous. I would give 10 stars if i could!

Summary: This place boasts a lovely, quite, large private room. he bed was comfortable and the newly remodeled bath has a nice strong shower. The hosts are kind and helpful and the access to the outdoors was perfect. Unfortunately, I have chemical sensitivity and the strong scent of laundry detergent didn't work for me but if that is not an issue for you, I am sure you will be very happy with this lovely spot.

Summary: This is an excellent place for those wanting a quiet retreat with excellent hosts. The accommodations are great and the hosts are super nice and sweet. The location cannot be beat being right by the Colorado National Monument. The space is spacious and comfortable with lots of extras to make you feel at home. The hosts suggested a route for our drive out to Moab and could not be more grateful as it was AMAZING! Do not hesitate to book this place, you will not regret it!!!

Summary: My wife and I had a wonderful stay here. This lifestyle block was perched above a beautiful river valley with mountains beyond. The homeowners were very hospitable. The room was well-appointed with lovely furnishings, and the carefully-manicured gardens around the house made for a nice morning stroll.

Summary: This was the first time hubby and I had ever used Vrbo. We were not disappointed with choice. The owners, Cindy and Bruce were so welcoming and helpful. Summary: This is an excellent place to stay. Everything is exactly as described. This little studio was very clean, and had everything you can think of that you might need. My husband and I were very impressed at how thoughtful Cindy and Bruce were and that they fixed it just the way they would want somebody to do it for them. We’re very appreciative of what they did and really like this place We really enjoyed the bed, very comfortable and got a great rest. We would definitely stay there again anytime we are in the area.
